CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time as well as my own, Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments: • Cancellations/Reschedules: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice or as soon as you’re aware if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • No Call / No Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will automatically be charged a 30% no-show fee before rebooking future appointments. • Tardiness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
